I grew up in Greensboro, NC, and becoming a veterinarian is all I have ever wanted to do since I was five. I practiced in Montana after vet school at NC State and decided I wanted to be closer to home and family. My career brought me to Davie County, which allows me to be close to family while still pursuing my career as a small animal practitioner.

At work, It’s important to me that my clients have an active part in the development of their pet’s treatment plan. I like to present clear options for my clients while also giving recommendations for the gold standard of care.

My main areas of interest in veterinary medicine are orthopedic surgery, feline medicine, and reducing the pet population through spaying and neutering.

The veterinary field is constantly changing and evolving for the better, and I love learning new things every day. Knowing I’m able to make a positive difference in both the lives of my patients and their owners is what motivates me.

In my free time you’ll find me riding my horse, spending time with my family, or traveling!
